DealUnderwriter collects only your account email and name, the deal inputs and outputs needed to run the tool, Stripe-handled billing data and a sign-in cookie. We never sell personal data, analytics is opt-in, data is kept while your account is active, and you can request access, export or deletion at any time by email.

DealUnderwriter ("we") operates DealUnderwriter. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data — email, display name, optional avatar.
- Usage — the inputs you send to the tool and the outputs it returns, for the sole purpose of delivering the result and improving quality.
- Billing — handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
- Cookies — session cookie for sign-in; anonymous analytics (opt-in).
How we use it
To provide the Service, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Ads and third parties
If ads are shown, Google Ads / AdSense may set cookies for measurement. Loading of ad and analytics scripts is gated behind your consent choice.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dealunderwriter.io, or through our contact page.
Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active, plus a short grace period after deletion.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU/US via our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe).
Billing and refunds
Payment data is processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms. How charges and refunds are handled is described in our refund policy and terms of service.
